Ladies 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe, Swiss open face pendant watch, No. 127754, with 14k gold and pearl rope chain. Includes original matching numbered case and certificate. Circa 1905. Case is decorated in relief with a nude female and cherubs. White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and gold filigree hands, marked "Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve". Manual wind, mechanical movement, signed and numbered. Cuvette marked "No. 127754, Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneve" with hand engraved monogram, and dated "1908". Case numbered inside cuvette "231748". Watch is running, in excellent condition with wonderful patina to gold case. Chain is marked "14K" inside swivel clasp. Rope chain is 1.5mm wide, and measures 53" in length with a total of 20 pearls. Gross weight (watch and chain) is 43.1 grams.
