Gents vintage 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin wristwatch, Ref. 308535. Case diameter measures 31mm. Movement #462353. Fully signed and hallmarked. Satin silver dial with gold hour and minute hands, blued steel center seconds, and applied gold Arabic numerals and diamond/kite hour markers. Manual wind, mechanical 17 jewel movement, calibre V-466. Black stitched alligator 17.5mm replacement strap with gold plated tang/buckle installed. Watch is running, in very good to excellent condition with some discoloration to outer edge of dial. Includes original case, marked inside "Vacheron Constantin, Geneve".
