Ladies 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe Ellipse wristwatch, Ref. 4223. Circa 1970's. Case #2764399. Movement #1278045. Satin gold dial with gold hands and applied gold hour markers. Manual wind, mechanical 18 jewel movement, calibre 16-250. Black lizard "PP" 14mm strap with original signed 18k gold ellipse tang/buckle installed. Watch is in excellent to near mint condition with wonderful toning to gold case. Includes original case, matching numbered certificate, booklet and extra strap. Running.
