Lot consists of (A) Colt Trooper MK III double action revolver with box. Made 1977. Standard barrel address on the left side of the barrel. Right side is marked "TROOPER MK III/.357 MAGNUN CTG.". "VP" proof on the top of the trigger guard. Matching serials on the frame and crane. Round steel barrel with a full solid rib. Ramped blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Lacquered target grips with checkering and gold inlaid medallions. Includes serial matching wood grain box. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with some light handling marks and scratches. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lock up. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Box is fair with rips on the end tabs and heavy finish wear. (B) Colt Target Model semi automatic pistol. Made 1996 as an attempt to revamp the Colt Woodsman style line. Round stainless steel barrel with a full vent rib. Blade front sight with u-notch rear. Ring acts as a scope rail as well. Stainless steel frame and slide as well. Polymer pistol grip with checkering and silver medallions. Includes two stainless steel magazines, an extra slide, extra 4 - 1/2" barrel, manual and factory hard case. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finish with a few handling marks and scratches. Frame is excellent as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazines are excellent. Extra slide and barrel are excellent. Bore has crisp rifling. Case is excellent as well. JWA
