Distinct .476 Enfield Mark II revolver in. 476 with "break action" extractor and loading gate on right side. Wide checkered spurred hammer. Half moon front sight, simple notch rear across top strap. Cathedral steeple cylinder with appropriate British proofing. Double broad arrow indicating decomission out of military use on left side of top strap. Marked with " (Arrow) / WD // (Crown) / 63 / E // '91" on left side of frame. "S" behind recoil shield. "(Crown) / BR / 20" on lug in front of cylinder, with second stamp that appears to be the same just not stamped as clearly. Matching serials on barrel lug and frame. Non rotatable lanyard loop. Grips have several applied and struck out cartouches for various issuances. CONDITION: Good, retaining much of the blue finish with some chocolate patina throughout and more high polish blue visible in protected areas. Grips are very good with bumps and bruises throughout but complete. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling. EW
