Circa 1900. A Grade, factory engraved 29 - 3/4" Damascus steel barreled extractor game gun with 2 - 3/4" chambers. Barrels are fit with a machined concave game rib with extended rib for third fastener and brass round front bead sight. Chokes are Full and Full. Sidelock action with double triggers and non-auto safe tang push button. Nice engraving of Pointer on right lock plate and Setter on left, both in grass field with light border scrolls. "BAKER GUN CO." engraved just above bar on both lock plates. Walnut stock with checkered round knob pistol grip is finished by a Baker plastic butt plate. Splinter forend with matched checkering, ebony tip and snap release. CONDITION: Fair. Barrels with indications of pitting, dings and discoloration. Action and triggers are sound. Stock with some handling marks. Butt plate with evidence of use. Forend good. CP
