Circa 1907. A model 3E game gun with 30" brown Damascus steel barrels with rib extension for fastener, ejectors, machined filed game concave tapered rib and brass front bead sight. Rib reads "HUNTER ARMS. CO. FULTON. N.Y". The sidelock action with double triggers and auto safe is engraved with scrolls and quail in a field on left and ducks in a pond on right. Both lock plates read "L.C. SMITH" at bar. Dark walnut stock with checkered pistol grip and horn pistol grip cap. Buttstock with serrated horn plate. Forend with matched checkering, roller release and ebony tip. CONDITION: Fair. Barrels retain most all of a brown Damascus patina. Rib and barrels with evidence of with dings. Action, triggers, and ejectors are sound. Stock with fracture to wrist and handling marks. Forend with handling marks. CP
