Lot consists of (A) Mauser 98k German World War II bolt action magazine rifle made in 1939 at the Mauser AG Borsigwalde Werkes. Military finished round rifled barrel with banded blade front sight and matching rear graduated flip sight. Blued action with "243" and "1939" on receiver with correct Waffenamts on side. Bolt does not match rifle but is all matching to itself (typical of captured rifles). Laminated wood stock with matching number stamped in toe and all matching steel hardware including early style spoon buttplate. CONDITION: Gun is all matching except bolt which matches itself. Gun is missing top wood and front band is stuck on. Gun has 40% remaining finish and has been cleaned. Dark shootable bore with good mechanics. (B) German World War II LP34 Flare pistol "AYf 41" code marked with "280" Waffenampfs and matching serial numbers. Black painted metal surfaces with checkered 2 piece bakelite grips and lanyard ring. CONDITION: Good with handling marks and good mechanics. DLM
