Circa 2005. 2 pair of monobloc blued barrels being (A) 20 gauge and (B) 28 gauge barrels. Barrels are both 28" in length, multi choked, with ejectors and have low profile ventilated matte ribs. The (A) 20 gauge barrels have 3" chambers and the (B) 28 gauge has 2 - 3/4" chambers. The coin finished side plated boxlock action is built with a checkered single inertia trigger and is auto safe. Safe slide with barrel selector. Side plated action is engraved with full coverage scroll and game scenes. Left plate of a flying quail and right plate with flying woodcock both flying over fields in vignette. Bottom action with a flushing pheasant over a field in a vignette. Guns model "FORUM" is also engraved a top of pheasant and surrounded by scrolls. Gun is engraved by Bottega C Giovanelli, which is signed along right side of trigger. Along left side of trigger on trigger plate reads "Made in Italy". The rich red brown colored European walnut stock is fit with a round knob pistol grip and has a checkered butt. Both sets of barrels have individual Schnabel forends with Anson styled push button releases. Gun and barrels live in a red Caesar Guerini plastic travel case with tools and manual. CONDITION: Good. Barrels with good amounts of color remaining with some areas of freckling and marks from use. Action, ejectors, and trigger all mechanically sound. Stock and forends good with handling marks. CP
