Produced before and during World War II by International Flare Signal Company, Tippecanoe City, Ohio. It features a brass 2 - 3/8" round barrel with markings scrubbed off left side, brass frame, blued trigger blued grip safety, lanyard loop with chain, and replacement wooden 2-piece grips. Complete with 2 full boxes of #10 flashlight cartridges, in addition to 2 individual flares. CONDITION: Fair, having markings removed and grips replaced. Overall mellow patina on brass with portions of blue retained on other components. Grips have surface scratches and dings. Flare boxes very good with some light straining and minor tearing of labels.
