1977 vintage Colt Custom Shop Single Action Army revolver, serial number 90073SA. 7 - 1/2" round barrel in .45 Colt with blade front sight, single line barrel address, and frame notch rear sight. Color case hardened frame with non-fluted cylinder and bright hammer. Factory "D" engraved with with floral scroll. 2-piece carved ivory grips in floral scroll consistent with engraving. Complete with Colt Custom Shop box with a printed label and a handwritten label listing this gun as 1 of 50 in this configuration with "D" level engraving, 7 - 1/2" barrel in .45 Colt, and with non-fluted cylinder. CONDITION: Excellent plus and near mint with virtually all of the original finishes remaining. Cylinder appears to be unfired with no visible dragline. Grips show no major signs of distress. Mirror bore with sharp rifling. Box is excellent and complete. TON
