Mushroom front sight, notch rear sight, with flat top engraved with "J.W. EDGE RUSSELL St S. TREFORD ROAD MANCHESTER". Tranter patent loading rammer on left side, distinct Tranter double trigger for double and single action. Right side of frame with serial number. Spurred grip for web of hand with checkered walnut. Cylinder numbered "98" on rear. CONDITION: Good, essentially dove grey throughout with some flashes of blue in protected areas, such as rear straps of frame and under hammer. Some inactive spotting throughout. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling and some frosting. EW
