Glisenti Model 1910 semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Societa Siderurgica Glisenti to replace the Bodeo Model 1889 revolver. Right side of receiver bears a crown over "FAB/ 1909" within a circle beside an Italian "TM" oval proof, with additional Italian proofs on the top of the receiver. Grips are comprised of black checkered plastic and bear an eagle insignia on either panel. Matching numbers are found on the frame, receiver, barrel, bolt assembly, interior of left side panel, and bolt release. CONDITION: Metal components exhibit areas of wear and some thinning all around, as well as some scattered areas of light surface oxidation. Grip straps retain traces of their original finish, with the balance turning a gray patina and exhibiting areas of oxidation. Bright bore retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some scattered handling marks, but are otherwise sturdy and serviceable. MLW
