Circa 2003. Italian built sporting gun with 32" blued barrels. Monobloc barrels built with multi chokes, ejectors, and double ventilated ribs. Top rib file cut with round steel mid bead and round white front sight. Top barrel on left stamped "OB 12 ga. 3" - 32" Optima Bore 18.6 CAM 76" and "Sporting Beretta - Gardone V.T.". Warning - read instruction book for safe operation. Book free from Beretta" and "Beretta USA Corp. Ackk. MD Made in Italy." Bottom barrel stamped "- Excelsior - high strength alloyed steel" "KG 1.510 18.6" on left. Barrel flats marked with Italian proofs and "AF7071B". The coin finish boxlock action with its gold washed detachable single trigger is inertia driven and is non-auto safe. The action features a cross bolt fastener, trapezoidal shoulders, checkered slide safety with barrel selector and top lever with right-hand checkered thumbpiece. The frame is adorned with scroll engraving. European walnut stock with full pistol grip and right hand palm swell is nicely checkered and is finished with a 1" soft Decelerator orange rubber recoil pad. The schnabel forend with matching checkering has been fit with a Deeley styled latch release. Partial serial number "7071" is engraved on inner iron metal. Gun is housed in a black Blaser ABS case with spare choke tubes and owners manual. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels retain 98% blue. Action is tight and sound. Trigger is crisp. Ejectors are strong and timed well. Stock has some handling marks. Case good. Nice gun. BP
