Standard configuration Model PP manufactured by Walther during World War II. Left side of frame bears the serial number as well as a horizontal eagle over "N" commercial proof, with the right side bearing Walther's eagle over "WaA359" acceptance stamp. Left side of slide bears the Walther banner logo followed by the manufacturer information, caliber, model, and an eagle over "WaA359" acceptance stamp, with the right side bearing a horizontal eagle over "N" proof followed by the serial number. Brown leather holster is marked "D.R.G.M." beneath the strap and contains an additional magazine. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their original blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear as well as thinning to the grip straps. Mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Black plastic grips are very good, showing few handling marks overall. Holster exhibits a tear at the strap and shows some minor wear, but is otherwise fine. A nice example of a later war manufactured Walther PP semi-automatic pistol. MLW
