Very fine Colt 1908 Vest Pocket semi automatic pistol with box. Made 1924. Standard company address and patent dates on the left side of the slide. Right side is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 25". "VP" proof on the top left of the trigger guard. Rampant Colt pony on the back left of the slide. Standard small blade front sight and u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Case colored trigger, grip safety and manual safety. Factory hard rubber grips. Blued steel magazine is marked "CAL.25/COLT" on the bottom of the base plate. Includes original flat board box with instruction sheet. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with light handling marks. Grips are excellent as well. Bore is clean overall with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. Box is complete, but fair with heavy edge wear and handling marks. JWA
