Circa 1969. Italian-built gun with two blued steel barrels (A) 28" demibloc and (B) 26 -3/4" monobloc. Barrels built with fixed chokes, ejectors, ventilated top ribs and solid side ribs. (A) Barrel: Choked (O): IMP MOD and (U) MOD. Top rib is file cut with round steel front sight. Top barrel on left engraved in script "Manifattura Armi Perazzi (Brescia) MADE IN ITALY". Top barrel also stamped with "18.4" on left. Bottom barrel stamped "KG 1.440 18.4" on left. Bottom reads "ACCIAIO SPECIAL DEMIBLOC". Barrel flats marked with Italian proofs and "CAM 70" "5447" and "MAP". (B) Barrel: Ported. Both barrels choked CYLINDER, top rib is file cut with round steel front sight. Top barrel on left engraved in script "Manifattura Armi Perazzi (Brescia) MADE IN ITALY". Top barrel also stamped with "18.4" on left. Bottom barrel stamped "KG 1.410 18.4" on left. Bottom reads "ACCIAIO SPECIAL". Barrel flats marked with Italian proofs and "CAM 70" "5447" and "MAP". The dark case colored sidelock action with cocking indicators has an inertia driven blued single trigger and the safety is pinned. Lockplates and frame are adorned with rose bouquets and scroll engraving. Top lever is blued with both sides of the thumbpiece checkered. European walnut stock with full pistol grip is nicely checkered and is finished with a 1/2" ventilated black rubber recoil pad. The competition beavertail forend with matching checkering has been fit with blued iron metal and Deeley-styled latch release. Serial number "5447" which is engraved on inner blued iron metal and "5447" is stamped on inner wood of forend ahead of iron. Gun is housed in a vintage leather case with 3-piece wood cleaning rod. CONDITION: Very good. (A) Barrels retain 90% blue. Ejectors are strong and timed well. (B) Barrels retain 92% blue. Action is tight and sound. Trigger is crisp. Stock and forend are good with handling marks. Case good. CP
