Smith and Wesson .44 Special Hand Ejector 3rd Model made by Smith and Wesson in 1927. Pinned blued round rifled barrel with forged blade front sight marked "Smith and Wesson" on left and "44 S&W Special CTG" on right. Blued "N" frame with triple lock feature frame with "MADE IN U.S.A." on right and "S&W Trademark" on right with case hardened hammer and trigger stamped with "REG U.S. Pt. Off". Walnut checkered 2 piece grips with diamond centers. Accompanied by S&W letter signed by Roy Jinks with a brief history of the model and indicating shipment to Wolf & Klar o March 8th, 1927 as a 5", blue finished, checkered walnut gripped gun. CONDITION: 90% original blue with some light edge wear. Grips show handling wear with checkering worn slightly flat. Good bore and mechanics. DLM

CORRECTION: This revolver is a .44 Hand Ejector 3rd Model, not a Triple Lock as previously stated.
