M-1 Carbine built by Irwin Pedersen, Grand Rapids, Michigan between April 1943 and May 1943. Most likely this gun was assembled at Saginaw, Grand Rapids Plant after takeover. Correct "Underwood" marked barrel dated "2-44" with correct "IPN" front sight and "S" marked rear flip sight. Gun has "SG" marked triggergroup, flat bolt, and slide. Correct oval slot high wood stock with "SG" and "Crossed Cannon" cartouches on right side of stock with "SG" marked 2 rivet top wood. Correct "UP" marked sling band. Comes with 15 round "IU" post-War magazine. CONDITION: Overall good with parts and condition consistent with World War II production. Gun looks to be all correct with 90% original arsenal finish and stock having visible cartouches with handling wear. Good bore with ME of 2 and good mechanics. DLM
