Model 1892 revolver manufactured by Colt in 1894. Left side of barrel is stamped "COLT D.A. 38", with Colt's address and patent information across the top. Grips are marked "COLT" over the Rampant Colt logo above "1892". Left side of the frame is stamped with the Rampant Colt logo within a circle. Features include a 6" barrel, half moon front sight, notched rear sight, and two-piece Colt black plastic grips. Assembly number "781" is matching on the frame, cylinder crane, and cylinder release. Interior of grip panels are hand scribed "781274". CONDITION: Metal components retain large amounts of their original high polish factory blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and scattered scratches all around. Nitre blued components retain the majority of their finish, exhibiting some areas of wear overall. Bore is excellent, retaining well defined lands and grooves throughout. Grips show a few minor handling marks, but are otherwise fine. MLW
