Winchester Model 1887 lever action shotgun made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1888. Winchester steel blued smoothbore barrel with bead front sight. Case hardened solid frame action with "W.R.A. Co." on left side of action with blued magazine tube. Walnut plain round knob pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. Walnut 2 piece forearm wood. CONDITION: Metal has turned a silvery patina with light freckling and discoloration. Wood has aged cracked appearance with traces of added varnish with usage marks and dings. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
