Winchester Third Model 1873 lever action rifle made by Winchester Repeating Arms in 1888. Blued round rifled Winchester barrel with sheared front sight with notched rear adjustable sight. Blued frame with plain trigger and blued full magazine. Walnut plain stock with crescent steel trap door buttplate and plain forearm with blued nosecap. Comes with factory letter. CONDITION: 50% blue with balance fading to silvery patina. Action fading to a plum brown. Buttstock is a replacement and has dry cleaned look to finish. Original forearm with cleaned surface with handling marks and dings. Dark bore with good mechanics. DLM
