Circa 1975. A nice and uniquely designed sporting gun with 29" monobloc barrels with 2 - 3/4" chambers and a low profiled machined matte ventilated rib with a small round steel mid sight bead and a white round front bead sight. Chokes are by Briley. The beautiful shiny sidelock action is engraved with intricate border scrolls and larger floral scrolls. At bottom of the side lock plates "P. Beretta" is engraved. Bottom of the action is engraved "P. BERETTA", "Gardone V.T.". Bottom action is also floral border scroll engraved. Action is fit with a cross bolt locking mechanism, gas ports, single inertia trigger, checkered safe slide with "S" for safe. Gun is non-auto safe. The blued top lever is engraved with scroll and thumb piece is checkered. Trigger is protected by a blued engraved trigger guard which has the word "TRAP" engraved on its bow. Trigger guard extends to a 3/4 length bottom strap. The European honey-colored walnut stock is fit with a finely checkered right-hand palm swell and an inlay of the Monaco / Montreal Olympic logo. Stock is also uniquely fit with a walnut/air-assisted shock-absorbing recoil system (pump included). Walnut attachment is fit with brown rubber recoil pad. Matched checkered forend Deeley styled latch release. Gun and barrels travel in a canvas Beretta Negrini case. Case is supplied with spare choke tubes, wrench, Briley choke tubes, manual, and Air Pump. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels retain 95% original blue with some scattered light handling marks. Indentation near muzzle on top barrel. Barrel appears fine with use of chokes. Bores are bright. Stock and forend have some light handling marks. The case is good. A nice and unique gun! CP
