Circa 1985. Made with 26" blued steel barrels with 2 - 3/4" chambers. Rib is matte concave and tapered with a doll's head extension and a round brass front bead sight. Chokes are Modified and Improved Cylinder. Barrel flats stamped with "20-03813" for serial number. The boxlock action with case colored single selective mechanical trigger, auto ejectors, and built with an auto safe. Action is engraved in standard DHE reproduction pattern with scroll and game scenes of pointing dogs on sides and pheasants on bottom. Walnut smoky grained straight grip buttstock is checkered in standard DHE Grade pattern with teardrop behind action, brass oval near toe, and terminates with an engraved skeleton buttplate. Long tang trigger guard is engraved in scroll and with serial number. Splinter forend with case colored engraved Deeley styled latch release. Gun is housed in its leather case with canvas cover and a pair of snap caps. CONDITION: Very good. Retains mostly all of its original barrel and trigger guard blue with minor handling marks. Bores are shiny. Action is mechanically sound. Trigger is crisp and ejectors are in time. Case colors are around 95%. Stock is very good, checkering is sharp with only very minor handling marks. Forearm is also very good with sharp checkering and areas of dried oil. Case is excellent with only minor scuffs. Nice gun. CP
