Circa 1937. 28" dovetailed blacked steel barrels with 2 - 1/2" chambers and reproofed for Nitro in London in 1992. Barrel with narrow and tapered smooth concave game rib. Rib with round brass front bead sight, extractors and rib extension. Rib reads "FRED K WILLIAMS LONDON & BIRMINGHAM.". Bottom of left barrel reads "149935" for guns serial number. Chokes are Full and Cylinder. Nicely case colored boxlock action with scrolls, blued bottom action, case colored double triggers, blued, checkered top lever, cross bolt locking mechanism, checkered thumb slide safe, and "SAFE" is in gold. Gun is auto-safe. Triggers are protected by a blued and scroll engraved trigger guard with long bottom tang. European walnut stock with English straight grip and point checkered stock with vacant silver oval for initials is completed by a checkered butt.
