The bulbous body with a hammer finish texture applied with cast animals and insects on plants, and with a slightly domed lift - off cover, date mark for 1885; together with a dish, marked ‘sterling and other metals’, also Gorham, in the form of a folded leaf with a copper crab in the center; and a Gorham cream jug with a low bulbous body chased with fish in a lily pond. Height of tea caddy: 4 - 3/8”. Total weight: 17 oz t.
