Pre-War Model PP semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Walther in 1938. Left side of slide bears the Walther banner followed by stampings stipulating the manufacturer information, as well as the caliber and model designations. Horizontal crown over "N" nitro proofs are present on the right side of the chamber, barrel, and slide. Frame is mounted with 2-piece Walther banner black plastic grips. Pistol is accompanied by a Kirkpatrick aftermarket holster. CONDITION: Metal components retain large amounts of their original factory blue finish, exhibiting areas of wear and thinning on the grip straps and high points, as well as some scattered handling marks overall. Bright bore, exhibiting well defined rifling throughout. Grips show some cracks on the interior of the panels, but otherwise appear sturdy and serviceable. MLW
