Includes original box, marked "No. 1-404 Lumber Truck". Box is complete. Truck has original load of wood and original chains, dual wheels on the back, "Smith-Miller California" decals on both sides of front doors and with mack cab. Some paint chipping to fenders and top of cab and some oxidation to bare metal parts.
