19th Century market hunter's 8 bore single barrel shotgun made in France in the mid to late 1800s. 44 -1/2" twist steel half octagon barrel with bead front sight and sling swivel studs marked on top barrel flat "PAUL BLe XXXXXX" and marked "St. Entienne" on underside barrel flat. Round scroll engraved underlever action with back action external hammer lock. Walnut checkered English straight grip stock with steel buttplate and matching checkered walnut push button forearm. CONDITION: Poor with external pitting on metal surfaces. Wood shows heavy usage marks and dings missing a sling swivel eyelet. Pitted bore with functioning mechanics. DLM
