1910 vintage Takedown Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle, serial number 533326. 26" octagon barrel chambered in .30 Winchester Centerfire (.30-30 WCF) with full length takedown magazine tube, three-leaf folding rear sight, and brass blade front. Two-piece plain walnut stock and forearm complete with rifle buttplate and rifle forearm cap. CONDITION: Excellent overall with barrel and magazine tube retaining a vast majority of their original bright blue finish with scattered areas of light age related pitting on takedown plate and forearm cap. Receiver assembly is turned a pleasing blue-grey patina. Stock and forearm are excellent plus and retain nearly all of their original finish with handling marks throughout. Action is crisp and tight. Bore is frosted with crisp rifling. Overall a far better than average Winchester 1894 Takedown. TON
