Smith & Wesson Model 14-3 double action revolver. Made 1974. Standard markings on both sides of the barrel. Company trademark and address on the right side of the frame. Round steel barrel with blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Square butt frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Case colored serrated trigger and spurred hammer. Smooth lacquered finished wood grip with gold Colt medallions. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with general wear and handling marks. Grips are excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Good timing and lockup. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically fine. JWA
