Manufactured circa 1957 in the potent .44 Magnum cartridge. Blued finish 6 - 1/2" barrel with matte rib, ramped front sight, and adjustable square notch rear sight. 6-shot fluted cylinder, 4-screw N frame, case hardened serrated wide target trigger, and case hardened hammer. Stocks are checkered goncalo alves with silver S&W medallions. CONDITION: Very good retaining bountiful amounts of factory finish with some edgewear, muzzle wear, light thinning, and a drag line. Significant portions of case colors retained with some wear and fading. Grips good with some marks and varnish loss. Fine bore and mechanics. Numbers matching on crane and frame. BAS
