1890 vintage Colt Frontier Six Shooter single action revolver, serial number 134476. 7 - 1/2" round barrel in .44-40 Winchester Centerfire with blade front sight, single line barrel address, and V-frame notch rear. Barrel is roll die marked on left side "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER". Nickel-plated finish. Custom engraved with scroll on a punchdot background. Name of engraver or date of engraving are unknown. 2-piece plain giraffe bone aftermarket grips. CONDITION: Very good, with virtually all of the nickel plating remaining. Each chamber shows moderate to heavy corrosion. Nickel plating has a cloudy appearance. Grips are proud to trigger guard and backstrap and have repaired crack on right grip panel near trigger guard. Action is tight. Bore is dark with no visible rifling. TON
