Marlin Model 1895 lever action rifle. Made circa 1970s. 2 line company address and model markings on the left side of the barrel. Blade front sight with buckhorn style u-notch rear leaf. Factory blued finish on the barrel, with the frame and lever being case colored. Factory oil finished wood stock and forearm. Fine checkering on the wrist and forearm. Checkered plastic butt plate. Includes attached Bushnell Scope Chief 3x scope with a post reticle. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finishes with light edge wear. Wood is excellent with little signs of use. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope has a few exterior handling marks. Optic has a slight fog. JWA
