Manufactured by Winchester for use in ceremonial roles. Fires 10 gauge blanks out of round barrel with appropriate "NOT FOR BALL" legends and Winchester patent and address information on one side, and trademark on other. Measures 12 - 1/2" from muzzle to rear of cascabel, 3 - 1/2" from trunnion to trunnion. Cast iron carriage and wheel (spokes painted red), with WRA logo on sides. These are early wheels as later iterations were rubber. CONDITION: Very good. Barrel retains little of the black enamel and mostly a smooth chocolate patina with some spots of enamel. Carriage retains much of the black enamel with some spotted losses. Action works appropriately, bore is very good with some minor pitting from use. EW
