Lot consist of: (A) Italian Pietta Colt 1861 Navy copy single action percussion revolver. Made 2006 in Italy by Pietta, with Italian proofs throughout. Colt style engraved naval engagement scene on the cylinder. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight. Blued finish on the barrel, cylinder trigger guard and grip straps. Case colored frame and loading lever. Oil finished walnut grips. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some light splotches of surface rust throughout. Grips are excellent. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Gun is locked up, making it inoperable. Nipples are clean and crisp showing little signs of use. (B) Colt Black Powder series 1862 Pocket Police single action percussion revolver. Made circa 1990s. Single line New York address on the top of the barrel. "COLTS PATENTS" and "36 CAL" marked on the left side of the frame. Round, steel barrel with brass pin front sight. Blued barrel and cylinder, while the trigger guard and grip strap are polished. Case colored frame, hammer and loading lever. Lacquered wood grip. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with some light finish wear and scratches. There are a few splotches of freckling throughout. Grip has handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean with crisp rifling. Hammer and cylinder are tight. Nipples show little signs of use. Mechanically operable. JWA
