Manufactured 1926. Later LPA adjustable rear sight and tall front sight. Right side with "COLT // AUTOMATIC / CALIBRE .45 // (Pony)", left side with 2 line 1 block patent and address information. Slide appropriately numbered to frame under the firing pin retaining plate. Colt .45 barrel with "MB" in circle on left side indicating Match Barrel. Top of frame with "G" near disconnector hole. Frame with "GOVERNMENT MODEL" over serial number on right side, with "20" on right side of trigger guard. Left side of trigger guard with "1" and Colt VP proof. Small parts comprise checkered spurred hammer, slide checkered release, checkered magazine release, thick tab safety, long 1911A1 grip safety, flat knurled mainspring housing. Short trigger has added shoe. No grips. Full blue magazine marked "COLT / 45 AUTO". CONDITION: Very good, retaining much of the Colt blue finish with some minor handling marks throughout, including takedown mark. Some silvering to the muzzle consistent with holster wear. Front sight was installed slightly off. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with strong rifling and some frosting in grooves. EMW
