A.H. Fox Sterlingworth Grade side by side shotgun made in 1929 by the A.H. Fox Gun Company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Blued Sterlingworth Fluid Compressed Steel barrels with matted rib, extractors, and bead front sight with Philadelphia address on barrels. Case hardened boxlock action marked "Sterlingworth" with automatic safety and double triggers. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with original black hard rubber buttplate and grip cap with checkered walnut splinter style forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 90% of a total refinish remaining with bright barrel blue and vivid case colors. Stock has reapplied finish with some light scratches showing through the varnish. Small repair in wood on right side of the tang. Good bores with tight lock up and good mechanics. DLM
