DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Vitrified Iron Products, Clyde, Ohio. A nice example of this early sign from Quaker Stater Motor Oils. Each side shows a very clean field free of any chipping but the green coloring has faded throughout each side giving the green a dull look. Each side shows some minor surface scratching as well as some light staining with side two showing one chip at the bottom right. Although the piece shows some wear it displays well and is a very early piece of advertising from Quaker State.
