An early ticket counting device, round cast iron case with 10 - 3/4" diameter brass casing. Has wheel-type counting mechanism inside. Shows total count on bottom. Black face with silver and tan painted-on lettering, "7398 TICKETS P. R. T. CO. / Made by the International Register Company, Chicago". Unit is 5" deep.
