Ruger Model 44 Carbine tubular magazine fed semi automatic rifle. Manufactured by Sturm and Ruger Company in 1974. Front dovetailed sight with painted brass bead and rear dovetailed folding diamond style sight. Attached 2 piece weaver style scope bases on receiver and barrel. 1 barrel band with front and rear sling swivel with attached leather sling. Black metal recoil plate and hand checkering on forend and pistol grip. CONDITION: Very good overall condition with nearly all original bluing. Light wear marks throughout and small crack in stock behind receiver. Good bore and good mechanics. GFP
