Lot contains: (A) A German World War I era framed embroidered remembrance for a cavalryman (Dragoon) from Wuerttemberg, for his service during World War I from 1914-1917. There is a photo of the King of Wuerttemberg (Wilhelm II), and the cavalryman, as a statement praising the cavalry and fighting for the fatherland. CONDITION: Overall very good. (B) A German pre-World War I era framed embroidered remembrance for a soldier in a "Train Battalion" (supply and transport) for his service in 1903. There is a photo of the Imperial German Emperor (Kaiser Wilhelm II) and the 4 other German kings, as well as 1 of the soldier. The standard motto of "in memory of my service" is nicely embroidered in gold bullion. CONDITION: Overall very good. WEZ
