An early Cross, Dane & Westlake hallmarked brass top example. Has early Westlake 1864 patent dates lightly stamped in. Cage lifts off of bottom flange with button release. Correct base has integral fount and No. 1 twin tube whale oil burner. Globe is hand blown, copper wheel cut example, nicely wheel engraved "T.W&W.R.R." A few pinholes are noted in the base, but metal is nice and smooth.

Condition: (Excellent).
