This looks to be an Ohio Lantern Co. piece with an unusual top and Adams & Westlake 1895 bayonet base. The RR letter marking is suspicious (resembles a known fake letter font from southwestern Ohio), embossed "CD&CRR" for the Cincinnati Dayton & Chicago RR. The clear No. 39 extended base globe is a bullseye type. OL Co lanterns usually aren't embossed with RR initials.
