Ramrod, probably the original, feeds into a reinforced mouth through a single ferrule with a widened mouth. Trigger guard and buttplate are plain brass. CONDITION: Very good. Metal has been cleaned in the European style over some spotting, with softening to proofs as mentioned above. Lock has also been cleaned. and cock is a possible replacement. Stock with numerous bumps and chips and one crack that runs from end of stock to side of mouth. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is good with a minimum of oxidation.
