Circa 1956. A single barreled .410 bore slide action pump gun with 26" blued steel barrel. Barrel with raised ventilated rib. Rib with small white round mid bead and white front bead sight. Barrel is choked Full. Barrel reads "WINCHESTER TRADE MARK - WINCHESTER - MODEL 42-410-3 IN. CHAM. MADE IN U.S.A WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL - FULL". Bottom of action reads with serial number "126068". Rear receiver extension band on bottom also reads with the guns serial number "126068". Action with blacked single trigger, push button cross bolt safe at trigger and serrated slide release. Dark straight grain stock with pistol hand grip. Buttstock finished with Whiteline brown rubber Pachmayr pad. Slide forend wood with sharp checkering. CONDITION: Very good. Barrel is very good. Action is smooth. Stock and forend are very good. Good early gun. CP
