Colt Diamondback double action revolver. Made 1976. Standard markings on the barrel. Rampant Colt pony on the left side of the frame. "VP" proof on the top left of the trigger guard. Round steel barrel with vent rib. Matching serials on the frame and crane. Blade front sight with adjustable u-notch rear. Factory blued finish and checkered wood grip with gold medallions. Polished spurred hammer. Includes a Case Guard hard plastic case. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% or more of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Grips have a few handling marks. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Sharp timing and lock up. Light drag lines on the cylinder. Mechanically excellent. Case is excellent. JWA
