Lot consists of: (A) Manufactured in 1875. Standard 2-3/8" round barrel baring 2-line Colt address and with German silver blade front sight. Nonfluted 7-shot cylinder for .22 RF, brass frame, spur trigger, high spur hammer, and varnished walnut bird's head grips. Accompanied by an amateurly constructed leather holster with belt loop. CONDITION: Very Good. Barrel assembly a pleasing silver gray patina. Frame lightly cleaned with some patina forming in addition to traces of verdigris. Dark bore and good mechanics. Numbers matching on frame and barrel assembly. (B) Manufactured in 1874. Blued 2-3/8" round barrel with 2-line Colt address and German silver blade front sight. Nonfluted 7-shot cylinder for .22 RF, silver plated brass frame, spur trigger, high spur hammer, and varnished walnut bird's head grips. CONDITION: Very good. Significant portions of bluing retained on hammer and barrel assembly with spots thinning to patina. Cylinder exhibits a pleasing gray patina. Traces of patinaed silver are retained in protected areas of frame. Grips very good with light handling marls. Dark bore and crisp mechanics. Numbers matching on frame and barrel assembly. BAS
