A beautiful Tiffany Studios swirling oak leaf leaded glass lamp on a bronze base. The 18” diameter shade features a background of green streaked geometric tiles. A band of acorns and swirling oak leaves adorn the central portion of the shade. The leaves have beautiful streaked green, yellow and orange glass, while the acorns have fiery oranges and yellows. Some of the leaves exhibit dichroic glass, appearing blue in reflected light, and green in transmitted light. The shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 1467”, and is in excellent condition, free of any broken or missing tiles, and just a very small number of tight hairlines. The shade sits on a patinated bronze Indian base. The three-socket base is finished in a rich red-brown patina, and retains the original sockets with Perkins bakelite paddles. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 528”. Includes a replacement heat cap. Beautiful example with stunning glass.
