1906 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 284487. 4 - 3/4" round barrel chambered in .38 Winchester Center Fire with 2 line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. Custom near full coverage engraved with scroll on a punchdot background. Date of engraving and name of engraver are unknown. 2 piece mother of pearl grips with floral carving on right grip panel. CONDITION: Excellent, with virtually all of the added nickel plating remaining and engraving sharp with scattered minor polishing and storage marks throughout underneath finish. Caliber marking was restamped. Grips are very good with repaired crack on bottom of right grip panel and minor cracks on left grip panel. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is dark with visible rifling.
